We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The spa experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. We loved the stone bath in the bathroom with access to natural spring water. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.
The location was not ideal as it was close to a busy road and we could hear cars driving at night. We had to drag our suitcases over a few steps as our room was on the roof, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great escape location that offered an intimate and romantic getaway. the resort was beautifully situated next to a river with breathtaking views and great attractions nearby. the hot springs experience was top, notch, with various kinds of baths, a sauna and steam room. the room was also comfortable and luxurious, with great amenities and a cozy atmosphere.
The food quality was below average, definitely not worth the price. the restaurant selection was also limited, leaving guests with few options.

We enjoyed the serene and calming ambiance of the hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English well. The hotel room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and free WiFi. It also had its own stone bath with access to spring water, which was very relaxing. There were also nice inclusions such as afternoon tea and evening dinner. Lastly, the hotel's hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, were a delight.

The restaurant was pleasant with attentive service, and the local veggies on the menu were interesting. the dining room had a beautiful view of the mountain and dam. the staff provided great service, and even helped find a yoga mat for late-night exercise.
The management was lacking and didn't address concerns about the discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual state of the hotel.
